Are bonuses withdrawable?

Using bonuses

Awarded bonuses are intended to be played in the casino and cannot be withdrawn directly. However, once you fulfill the wagering requirements, you are entitled to withdraw the winnings generated from playing with that bonus.

Note:

• Playing in Demo Mode does not count towards wagering requirements.
• Certain games may not count towards the requirement, or may count partially. Check Point 7 for details.
• Your real money balance and winnings from real money bets are withdrawable at all times.

Withdrawals while a bonus is active

If you request a withdrawal while a bonus is active and wagering requirements are not yet met:

• The initial bonus amount and any winnings from the bonus will be deducted from your account.
• If your cash balance is insufficient, you must complete the bonus requirements before making a withdrawal.
• If you deposited to receive a bonus or reward code and withdraw the deposit, all pending bonuses will be cancelled.

After completing wagering requirements

Once the bonus wagering requirement is completed:

• Bonus winnings (amounts exceeding the original bonus) are automatically transferred to your real money balance.
• Some deposit bonuses may have a winnings cap. For example, if your bonus winnings reach £125 but the bonus has a £100 cap, only £100 will be transferred, and the rest will be removed.
• Bonus winning caps do not limit withdrawals. Once bonus money is converted to cash, you can withdraw it freely.
