Why didn't I receive my bonus despite opting-in?

Meeting the bonus conditions

Once you have opted-in to a promotion, you must meet all the conditions listed on the respective promotion page or email to be eligible for the bonus.

Claiming your bonus

After meeting the conditions, go to the Opted-in Bonus section on your My Account page and click Claim. The bonus will then be credited immediately to your NetBet account.
