8.1 General

All games must start on the scheduled date (local time) for bets to have action. If a game does not start on the scheduled start date then all bets will be void. The exception is if we advertise an incorrect start time.

Bets on suspended games (which have already started) will carry over and have action as long as the game is resumed within 36 hours of the original start time. If a suspended game is scheduled to be resumed more than 36 hours after the original start time, all bets will be void, unless the wager has been unequivocally determined prior to the game?s suspension. This applies unless otherwise stated.

If a game is terminated before becoming official (not planned to be resumed from where it was halted) all bets will be void, unless the wager was already determined (i.e. game is terminated in 3rd inning, settlement on 1st inning O/U still stands).

An exception is made for games in which a Mercy Rule is used: the result at the time of the Mercy Rule call will be used for settlement purposes.

All bets include extra innings unless otherwise stated.

There must be at least 5 full innings of play unless the home team is leading after 4? innings, for bets on Money Line to be valid. If a game is called or suspended, the winner is determined by the score after the last full innings unless the home team scores to tie, or takes the lead in the bottom half of the innings, in which case the winner is determined by the score at the time the game is called. Monies will be refunded if the home team ties the game and it is then suspended. Suspended games will not carry over to the following day.

The game must go at least 9 full innings (or 8? innings if the home team is ahead) for bets on Over/Under or Run Line to have action with the exception of when a result has already been determined.

3-way Money Line is related to the first 9 Innings. Settlement will exclude any extra innings played.

Extra Inning refers to any innings played after the full 9 innings ended in a tie.

Highest Scoring Period will be settled with the result including any Extra Inning(s) played.

For 7 innings games the game must go at least 7 full innings (or 6? innings if the home team is ahead) for bets on Over/Under or Run Line to have action unless specified otherwise.

In 2 Way markets push rules apply unless otherwise stated below. Stakes on single bets are returned, and in multiples/parlays the selection is treated as a non-runner.

If a match venue is changed then bets already placed will stand providing the home team is still designated as such. If the home and away team for a listed match are reversed then bets placed based on the original listing will be void.

In the case of a suspended MLB Playoff game, or College Baseball Tournament game, all wagers have action and will be graded after the completion of the game.

Statistics provided by the official website of the relevant competition will be used to settle wagers. In the absence of an official website, or when significant conflicting evidence is present, bets will be settled based on an official score provider.

8.2 Live Betting

All bets are action regardless of pitching changes. Extra innings count.

8.3 MLB Wagers

Action Bet

A wager on team vs. team regardless of the starting pitchers. Once a wager is placed, the odds are locked in, regardless of starting pitcher change(s) before the start of the game. Names of the starting pitchers in the selections are simply for informational purposes. The Action rules apply on wagers placed on all markets with the exception of the Listed Pitchers markets.

Listed Pitchers Bet

A wager that specifies the starting pitchers for both teams or either team. The name(s) of the listed pitcher(s) that are relevant for the wager will be included in the market name. If one (or both) of the starting pitchers listed on the wager do not start, the wager is void. The Listed Pitchers rules only apply to the pre-live Listed Pitchers markets. Note - any Listed Pitchers wagers will not be available for Cash Out when the game is live.

Live Betting

Any live props that specify the starting pitcher will stand only if the pitcher remains in the game until the determination of the wager. If the listed pitcher does not, the wager is void.

Cash Out Note

For any Action bets, Cash Out will not be available in the following scenarios:

  • When the game is now live.
  • When there is a starting pitcher change after you make your bet and before the start of the game.

MLB Player Props Rules

For any pre-live prop, the player (s) must start, and either throw at least one pitch (if pitcher) or record at least one plate appearance (if position player) in the designated game for the wager to have action. For any live prop, the player(s) must either throw at least one pitch (if pitcher) or record at least one plate appearance (if position player) in the designated game for the wager to have action.

For any pre-live prop to have action, the game must go at least 9 innings (8.5 innings if home team is ahead), or 7 innings (6.5 innings if home team are ahead) in a 7-innings game, unless the outcome of the prop has been determined in an official, shortened, game.

For Total Bases Propositions, a batter is only credited for total basses if he hits a single (1 base), double (2 bases), triple (3 bases), or home run (4 bases).

Pitcher propositions ?Total Runs Allowed? include both earned and unearned runs. Head-to-head player props for a specific game will have action as long as those players start, and the game becomes official.

Head to head player props for a specific game will have action as long as those players start and the game becomes official.

If a plate appearance market is offered and it is not recorded during the inning specified in the market header, wagers on that market will be void. The official ruling made by Major League Baseball on what constitutes a plate appearance for a given player will be used for settlement purposes when determining whether the plate appearance was recorded in the specified inning. Similarly, if a pitch result market is offered, and that pitch is not recorded during the plate appearance/inning specified in the market header, wagers on that market will be void. An ?Intentional Walk? will be included in the settlement of ?Walk? for all plate appearance markets.

Next Plate Appearance (2-way)

The official ruling made by Major League Baseball on what constitutes a plate appearance for a given player will be used for settlement purposes when determining whether the plate appearance was recorded in the specified inning. The ?No? selection in this market is settled as ?any other result? besides a hit, walk, or hit-by-pitch. Plate appearance must be in the specified inning for the listed batter and against the listed pitcher, otherwise the bet will be void. If a plate appearance is incomplete at the end of an inning, bets will be void.

Specific Scenarios:

  • Interference, Obstruction, or Sac Bunt/Fly will be settled as ?No.?
  • Intentional walk will be settled as ?Yes (Hit/Walk/HBP).?
  •   The ?No? selection in this market is settled as ?any other result? besides a hit, walk, or hit-by-pitch (?HBP?)

Next Plate Appearance Next Pitch Result / Pitch Count

If a pitch result market is offered, and that pitch is not recorded during the plate appearance/inning specified in the market header, wagers on that market will be void. If a plate appearance is incomplete at the end of an inning, bets will be void.

  • A batted ball that is caught in foul territory to record an out will be settled as ?In-Play.?
  • An intentional ball (even if not thrown by the pitcher) will be settled as ?Ball.?
  • For settlement purposes, ?Strike? only includes a swinging/called strike.

Plate Appearance Result Exact (Listed Pitcher)

Reach on Error includes: On Error, Failed Fielder's Choice, Catcher Interference, Dropped Third Strike (where batter beats the throw to 1st).

Plate Appearance Result Grouped (Listed Pitcher)

Plate Appearance Result Reach Base (Listed Pitcher)

  •  ?Yes? will be settled as the winner if the specified player hits a home run, or the result of the player?s at-bat ends with that player being on any base (including reaching base in scenarios such as fielder?s choice, an error, etc.).
  •  ?No? will be settled as the winner if the specified player does not hit a home run, or the result of the player?s at-bat ends with that player not being on base (including scenarios such as the batter recording a hit but being thrown out trying to stretch a single into extra bases, etc.).

  Pitch Results (Listed Pitcher)

  • Hit by Pitch, Pitch Out, Intentional Ball (even if not thrown by the pitcher) are included in the settlement for "Ball".
  • "In Play" includes any type of hit ( single, double, ect.) in addition to any batted ball which results in an out 9s) being recorded.

 3-Batter Reach Base

  •   All bets stand irrespective of pitcher or batter substitutions. ?No? selection in ?On Base? markets include ?any other result? besides a hit, walk, or hit-by-pitch. Interference, Obstruction, or Sac Bunt/Fly will be settled as ?No.?
  • The bettor is making a prediction for each of the first three batters due up in a half inning. The prediction for each batter is whether they will reach base or not (ex. no|yes|no is betting that the first and third batter of that half inning will not reach base, and the second batter will reach base).
  •   Reach Base? will be settled as the winner if the specified player hits a home run, or the result of the player?s at-bat ends with that player being on any base.
  • This bet is action regardless of any pinch hitters, pitching changes, etc.
