15. NetBet Max

1. What is NetBet Max?

NetBet Max is our loyalty programme. Every real-money bet you place earns Experience Points (XP), and as your XP builds you move up through 28 levels. Each new level pays a one-off prize, and higher levels unlock ongoing rewards like Playback and Cashback.

2. Do I need to sign up?

No. Every eligible NetBet Casino customer is enrolled automatically — there's nothing to opt into. You can see your level, your XP and your available rewards any time at casino.netbet.co.uk/netbetmax once you're logged in.

3. How do I earn XP?

XP comes from real-money bets on casino games:

  • Slots: £1 wagered = 1 XP

  • All other casino games: £10 wagered = 1 XP

Bets funded by bonus money, free spins or any other promotional credit do not earn XP. Sports bets do not earn XP on NetBet UK.

4. Does my XP or my level expire?

No. XP doesn't expire, and once you reach a level you keep it — there are no monthly resets and no downgrades. We'd give you reasonable notice if we ever introduced activity requirements.

5. What are the levels?

There are 28 levels, starting at Member and finishing at Centurion Elite. The full ladder, with the XP needed for each level and the prize attached to it, is on the NetBet Max page.

6. What do I get when I level up?

Each level pays a one-off Level-Up Prize — free spins on a named game, a casino bonus, or a live casino voucher, depending on the level. Prizes are credited automatically as soon as you level up, or within 72 hours where manual processing is needed. Each prize is awarded once per level, and prizes can't be claimed for levels you passed before the programme launched.

7. What are the terms on level-up prizes?

  • Casino bonuses carry a 10x wagering requirement. The Level 11 Evolution Live Casino voucher is 1x.

  • While a bonus from a level-up prize is active, the maximum stake is £5 per spin on slots. Higher stakes are declined.

  • Maximum withdrawal from winnings is £500 for prizes up to Level 24, and £5,000 for Levels 25–28.

  • Free spins and casino bonuses expire 7 days after they're credited. Free spin winnings expire 7 days after the spins are played.

8. What is Playback?

Playback is a reward based on how much you've wagered. There are four types, and they unlock as you climb:

  • Instant Playback — from Level 2. Builds up during a session once you've wagered £100 on a game category. It sits in your Instant Playback Pot and you can claim it whenever you like, up until the pot resets at 5:00am.

  • Daily Playback — from Level 4. Based on your average daily wagering over the last 7 days, released between 13:00 and 14:00 each day.

  • Weekly Playback — from Level 4. Based on the previous Monday-to-Sunday week, released on Monday between 13:00 and 14:00.

  • Monthly Playback — from Level 4. Based on the previous month, released on the 1st between 13:00 and 14:00.

Anything you claim goes straight to your cash balance with no wagering attached — it's yours to play with or withdraw.

9. What is Cashback?

Cashback works the same way as Playback, but it's based on your net losses rather than your wagering. Daily, Weekly and Monthly Cashback all unlock at Level 4 and follow the same release times.

10. Why hasn't my Instant Playback triggered?

Slots and other casino games are counted separately. If you've wagered £50 on slots and £50 on roulette, neither category has reached £100 on its own, so nothing triggers yet. You need £100 within a single category.

11. How long do I have to claim a reward?

Playback and Cashback offers stay available for 24 hours from the moment they're released, unless we tell you otherwise. Instant Playback lasts until the 5:00am reset. Anything you don't claim expires and can't be reinstated, so it's worth checking in.

12. How much Playback or Cashback will I get?

It depends on your level — the higher your level, the higher the rate. You'll always see the exact amount on offer in the Loyalty section before you decide whether to claim it.

13. What happened to the Players Club and my NetPoints?

The Players Club closed on 1 September 2026 and NetBet Max has replaced it. We know that's an adjustment, especially if you'd spent a long time building your points up.

Previous Player Statuses no longer apply, and the Club Shop has closed, so there's no longer anywhere to spend NetPoints. Balances were closed at the same time.

The good news is that NetBet Max asks less of you. Your level never resets and never gets downgraded, so there's no monthly target to chase just to hold your place, and rewards are credited to you automatically — there's nothing to save up or redeem.

14. Is anyone excluded from NetBet Max?

Accounts that are self-excluded, closed, or subject to restrictions can't take part. Customers identified as bonus seekers under our General Terms and Conditions (sections 14.25, 14.26 and 14.5.1) don't earn XP and aren't eligible for level-up prizes, Playback or Cashback. NetBet Max is for individual use — account sharing or any coordinated attempt to build XP will result in disqualification.

15. I'm playing but my level isn't moving. What's wrong?

XP can occasionally take a little time to show. If your balance still looks wrong after a few hours, contact Customer Support with the date and rough time of the bets in question and we'll look into it.

16. Responsible gambling

NetBet Max is designed as entertainment and shouldn't be a reason to play more than is right for you. Any deposit, wagering or time limits you've set stay fully in force and are not affected by NetBet Max. If you self-exclude, you'll be removed from the programme immediately and any unredeemed rewards are forfeited — they won't be reinstated if the self-exclusion is later lifted. If gambling is causing you problems, our Safer Gambling tools and support details are in the Help Centre.
