If you have received a bonus by mistake, you can cancel it in your My account section that can be accessed by clicking your name in the upper right corner of the Casino or Sports homepage. Then click the Active bonus option and select your bonus. Please note that if you cancel a bonus, both the bonus and the resulting winnings will be removed.
