Canceling an unwanted bonus

If you have received a bonus by mistake, you can cancel it in your My Account section. To do this:

1. Click your name in the upper-right corner of the Casino or Sports homepage.
2. Click on the Active Bonus option.
3. Select the bonus you wish to cancel.

Important note

Please note that if you cancel a bonus, both the bonus amount and any resulting winnings will be removed from your account.
