What is a Free Bet?
- A Free Bet can be placed without using your real money balance.
- Winnings are net (stake not included). Example: £10 Free Bet at 10.0 odds → £90 credited.
- Free Bets are paid in cash and can be withdrawn.
- Free Bets can only be used once. Any unused portion is lost.
- Free Bets may be used on any sport/bet type except System bets unless stated otherwise.
How Do I Use My Free Bet?
- Select an In-Play or pre-match event to bet on.
- Choose the Free Bet option in the bet slip.
- If wagered amount exceeds Free Bet, real money covers the difference.
Where Can I See My Available Free Bets?
- Go to My Account → Bonus History to view Free Bets.
How Long Are My Free Bets Valid?
- Valid for a maximum of 7 days unless stated otherwise.
General Conditions
- Free Bets are valid only on sports events and cannot be exchanged.
- Conditions may vary; check Bonus History or promotion page.
- One offer per person/account/IP/household.
- Free Bets used on refunded bets/Cashback/Cash Out/Boosted Odds are not eligible.
- NetBet reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw conditions.
Why didn't I receive my Free Bet?
If you did not receive your Sports Free Bet, this is usually due to one of the following reasons:
1. Qualifying conditions not met
Each promotion has specific requirements (such as minimum odds, stake amount, or eligible markets). If any of these conditions were not fully satisfied, the Free Bet will not be issued.
2. Validation time expired
Free Bets are often credited within a defined timeframe after the qualifying bet is settled. If the validation period has passed before all conditions were met, the bonus may no longer be granted.
3. Account restrictions (bonus abuse checks)
All accounts are subject to routine checks to ensure compliance with promotional terms and conditions. If an account is restricted or flagged for irregular bonus activity, eligibility for Free Bets may be removed.
