1. Why haven't I received my bonus?

To receive your bonuses, you must first opt-in by entering a bonus code, meet any relevant conditions attached to the bonus, and choose to redeem your bonus.

You can check your bonuses in the Bonus section of the Cashier page:

  • Enter Offer Code: Opt-in to a bonus.
  • Redeem Bonus: View pending bonuses and click Redeem to receive your reward.

 

Please note: If you redeem an offer containing multiple bonuses, you will receive only the bonuses for which you have met the release conditions. Any other bonuses in the offer will be forfeited.

2. I forgot to opt-in – can I still receive my bonus?

As long as you meet the full conditions of the bonus, you can claim it by entering the code and redeeming your bonus. For example, you can claim a bonus on a deposit made within the offer period, provided it meets the conditions.

You have seven days from the end of the offer period to claim the bonus. Only the first deposit made in an offer period is assessed for eligibility.

3. What is a casino bonus?

Casino bonuses can only be used on games in the Casino tab. To transfer winnings to your real money balance, you must complete the playthrough (wagering) requirements.

  • Playthrough is typically x40 for all casino bonuses unless stated otherwise.
  • The percentage that a game contributes towards the playthrough depends on the game played.

4. On which games can I use a Free Spins Bonus?

Free Spins prizes are playable only on the stated games and are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be converted to cash. Eligible games include:

5. What is a Golden Chip Bonus?

Golden Chips are bonuses that can be played on NetBet table games. Each chip has a set value (see promotion T&Cs), and wagering conditions apply.

Usage rules:

  • Golden Chips can only be used on these NetBet Poker games: 101 Roulette, Penny Roulette, European Roulette, Premium American Roulette, Premium European Roulette, Premium French Roulette, Blackjack Multihand 5, Perfect Blackjack.
  • Chips cannot be combined with regular chips on the same betting position.
  • Only one Golden Chip can be used per game round, and only for initial bets on card games.
  • When using Golden Chips, you cannot place cash bets in the same game.
  • Winnings from Golden Chips are transferred to your bonus balance; chips are not returned.

 

To transfer winnings to your real money balance, you must complete the playthrough requirements stated in the promotion T&Cs.

6. How do I use an opt-in code?

To use an opt-in (bonus) code:

  1. Log in to your NetBet account.
  2. Click the Cashier button (top right of homepage).
  3. Select the Bonus section and click Enter Offer Code.
  4. Enter your code and redeem the bonus.

 

7. Why is my code not working? (What is a deposit code?)

A deposit code is typically used only when making your first deposit. Entering opt-in codes when making a deposit will not trigger a bonus.

Please note: An opt-in code cannot be used outside the intended section.

8. How do I use my tokens and where can I find them?

Tokens represent free invitations to tournaments. They can be found in the VIP Level & Tokens section of the Cashier page or the poker lobby under Tokens in My Poker page.

Important points:

  • Tokens have an expiry date; expired tokens cannot be used.
  • Tokens have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
  • Tokens can be acquired by winning tournaments, purchasing from the shop, or as prizes from NetBet.
