Resetting your password

If you have forgotten your password, we cannot retrieve it for you, as we do not store this information. Instead, you will need to set up a new password by following these steps:

1. Click the Login button in the upper-right corner of the homepage and select Forgot your password.
2. Enter your registered email address.
3. Check your Inbox for our email (if you cannot find it, check your Spam folder).
4. Click on the link provided in the email.
5. Set up a new password.
