How can I filter NetBet emails?
Why filtering is important
Due to new anti-spam filters by email providers, legitimate emails from NetBet may be automatically deleted or redirected to Spam or Bulk folders. Follow the steps below to ensure our emails are delivered correctly.
Add NetBet to your safe list
Add promo@email.netbet.com to your safe list or permitted sender list in your email service or anti-spam software.
Note: Button names and menu options may vary depending on your email client. Refer to your email directly for exact names.
Email provider instructions
Gmail
- Click Contacts along the left side of any Gmail page.
- Click Add new contact.
- Enter promo@email.netbet.com as the email.
- Click Create and then Save.
- If emails are in Spam, check the box and click Not Spam.
Yahoo!
- Click the Contacts icon in your Yahoo inbox and select New Contact.
- Enter promo@email.netbet.com and click Save.
- Alternatively, check your Spam folder and mark NetBet emails as Not Spam.
Hotmail / Outlook.com
- Click the arrow next to New and then New Group.
- Enter a group name and add members using their email addresses.
- Click Save.
iCloud
- Click the Junk folder in the sidebar.
- Select the NetBet email and click Not Junk.
- Future emails from NetBet will go to your Inbox automatically.
Outlook 2003 or higher
- Right-click a NetBet email, hover over Junk, and select Never block sender.
- To add as a contact: open the email, hover on the address, choose Open contact card, then Add to Outlook Contact and Save.
Windows Live Mail
- Open the NetBet email.
- Right-click and choose Add sender to contacts or click Add contact in the header.
- Verify details and click Add contact.
Mozilla Thunderbird
- Click Address Book and highlight Personal Address Book.
- Click New Card, enter promo@email.netbet.com, and click OK.
AOL
- Right-click the NetBet email and select Add to Contacts.
- Verify details.
Entourage
- Open the email, right-click, and select Add Sender to Address Book.
- Verify details and exit the contact card.
Anti-Spam software instructions
For popular software, add email.netbet.com to the whitelist, safe senders, or friends list. Examples:
- Cloudmark SpamNet: Options → Advanced → Whitelist → Add email.netbet.com → OK
- SpamPal: Right-click tray icon → Add to Whitelist → email.netbet.com → Add
- MailWasher: Tools → Blacklist → Friends → Add → *email.netbet.com → OK
- McAfee SpamKiller: Friends → Add → All users at a domain → OK
- Other software: Follow the whitelist/safe sender procedure and add email.netbet.com.
Additional tips
- If emails are still redirected to Bulk or Junk folders, add NetBet to your Address Book or Contacts.
- You can also move NetBet messages to your inbox or forward an email to yourself.
- If issues persist, contact your ISP or anti-spam software support for guidance.
