Steps to request a withdrawal

When you’re ready to submit a withdrawal request, log in to your account and go to the My Account page. You can access this by clicking on your name in the upper-right corner of the homepage.

From there, click Withdraw in the left-hand menu. Select the relevant payment method and the amount you wish to withdraw, then click the Withdraw button.

Important withdrawal information

For security reasons, you are only able to withdraw funds using the same payment method that was used for your deposit transaction.
