Why is my card unavailable for withdrawal?
If the card you used to deposit has not been used to make a deposit in the past six months, or if the card has expired, you will not be able to withdraw funds to that card.
Alternative withdrawal options
You can withdraw your funds via wire transfer, or you may use a new card to make a deposit. Once a deposit is made with the new card, you will be able to withdraw funds to that card.
Important notice regarding specific banks
Please note that payments cannot be processed on cards issued by NatWest or the Royal Bank of Scotland.
Bank transfer option
If your card was issued by one of the banks mentioned above, you can still withdraw your funds via bank transfer to the bank account linked to the card used for deposit.
