Players Club

1. Who can join the Players Club?

Everyone! Once you've created a NetBet Casino account, you can join our Players Club and enjoy all the benefits that come with it. Check all the statuses available—you could reap big rewards in our PLAYERS CLUB section.

2. How can I collect points?

Players Club Points, called NetPoints, are automatically assigned while you play any Casino or Live Dealer games using your own cash.

More details on the number of points allocated by game categories can be found under the EARN NetPoints section.

As you collect NetPoints, you can:

  • Redeem rewards in the CLUB SHOP.
  • Automatically level up to the next Player Status when you reach the minimum points required within the correct time frame and enjoy all associated benefits.

 

3. How does the Boost work?

The Boost is awarded in real time and can multiply the number of NetPoints you collect by up to 5.5 times. Once you reach a given Player Status, you will be automatically awarded extra free NetPoints as detailed in the NetPoints BOOST section.

NetPoints Boost helps loyal players get Club Shop rewards faster. Please note:

  • The Boost applies only to points available for spending in the Club Shop.
  • Points required for Player Status upgrade and renewal are counted from the 1st of each month, considering only "clear" accumulated points from real money bets.
  • Free boosted NetPoints are excluded from status upgrade calculations.

 

4. When and how is my Player Status calculated?

Player Status is automatically upgraded based on points accumulated:

  • Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond: You have one month (1st to last day) to reach the points required to maintain your status. If not, your status is downgraded, but your total NetPoints balance remains intact.
  • Platinum and Stellar: The eligibility period is 6 months, with minimum points required to maintain status during the first two months.
  • Elite: Once you reach Elite status, it is permanent.

 

Your total NetPoints balance available for spending is independent of the points required to maintain or upgrade your Player Status. For example, if you collected 124,000 points this month and spent some in the Club Shop, your level is calculated based on the total monthly points accumulated (124,000), ignoring any deductions or Boost points.

5. How can I spend my NetPoints?

NetPoints can be spent in the online CLUB SHOP, which offers:

  • Free Spins and draw tickets
  • Casino accessories, electronics, and gaming-related items
  • Bonuses, cash vouchers, surprise gifts, and monthly raffles

 

Important:

  • NetPoints cannot be transferred between NetBet products and must be spent in the product shop where they were earned.
  • For example, Poker NetPoints cannot be used in the Casino Club Shop and vice versa.

 

6. Why doesn't my shop balance match my Player Status?

Your NetPoints balance increases in real time with every real money bet on NetBet Casino and Live Dealers.

Points can be spent at any time in the Club Shop, but your monthly Player Status is determined separately:

  • Club Shop purchases deduct points from your total allowance, but your monthly accumulated points remain untouched.
  • Player Status is based on points earned each month and is reset on the 1st of each month.

 

This ensures that your Player Status reflects monthly gameplay while allowing you to spend NetPoints freely.
